मुठभेड़ का सच ..!!

इस पर यकीन करना कठिन है की दुर्दांत विकास दुबे सचमुच की मुठभेड़ में मारा गया ,लेकिन पुलिस के दावे पर हैरानी प्रकट करना भी इस सच्चाई से मुँह मोड़ना है की अपने देश में ज्यादातर मुठभेड़ संदिग्ध किस्म की ही होती है। कुछ महीने पहले जब हैदराबाद में हत्या और सामूहिक दुष्कर्म के आरोपियों को मर गिराया गया था तो उसी तरह हंगामा मचा था जैसा 8 पुलिसकर्मियो के हत्यारे विकास दुबे को कथित मुठभेड़ में मारे जाने के बाद मचा है। तब सुप्रीम कोर्ट के मुख्या न्यायाधीश ने कहा था की न्याय बदला लेने में तब्दील नहीं होना चाहिए ,लेकिन क्या खोंखार अपराधियों को उनके किए की सजा देने के लिए ठोस कदम उठे ?ऐसी सूचना नहीं है। हकीकत तो ये है की अगर हैदराबाद की मुठभेड़ ना होती तो शायद देश को दहला देने वाला निर्भया कांड के अपराधी अब भी फ़ासी की सजा का इंतज़ार कर रहे होते। आखिर इस सच को स्वीकार करने से कब तक बचा जाता रहेगा की अपने यहाँ अपराधियों को सजा सुनाने में अंधेर की हद्द तक देर ही नहीं होती ,बल्कि सजा पर अमल में अनावश्यक विलम्भ होता है ? इसी तरह पता नहीं क्यों इस सच की भी खूब अनदेखी हो रही है कि हमारी आपराधिक न्याय प्रणाली इतनी नाकारा है की ज्यादातर अपराधी छूट जाते है।

यदि अपराधी माफिया किस्म का है तो उसे सजा मिलने की संभावना काम ही है की होती जाती है। इसी तरह अगर कोई माफिया राजनीती में सक्रिय हो जाए ,जैसा की आज चलन है तो फिर उसके जेल जाने की बजाए पंचायत ,विधानसभा और संसद पहुंचने के आसार बढ़ जाते है। क्या हम इस शर्मनाक सच से अनजान है विधानमंडलों में आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि वालों की संख्या बढ़ जा रही है ? हैरानी नहीं है की इसी कारण राजनीती के आपराधिककरण को खाद -पानी देने के साथ ही विकास दुबे सरीखे माफिया तैयार कर रही है। न्याय और नीति का तकाजा यही कहता है की अपराधी चाहे छोटा हो या बड़ा उसके मांमले में विधिसम्मत प्रक्रिया का प्रस्ताव का प्रभावी ढंग से पालन होना चहिये ,लेकिन
दुर्भाग्य से यह केवल किताबी ज्ञान बन कर रह गया है। सभ्य समाज संदिग्ध किस्म की मुठभेड़ों की इज़ाज़त नहीं देगा,लेकिन वोह इसकी भी इज़ाज़त नहीं देगा की कोई डूबैठने में घुसकर हत्या कर डोर फिर छूटता घूमे….!!!

करनी के अनुसार अन्ततः न्याय ,
रावण जैसे थे तपे आखिर गए बुझाए।
आखिर गए बुझाए साथ सब संगी -साथी ,
रोएं बैठ कुटुंब बुझ गयी जिसकी बाती।
बचे न इससे कोए सभी को पड़ती भरनी ,
करता है इंसान जिस तरह की भी करनी।

Congress, suicidal intent…!!!

On the matter of dispute between India-China, Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi has again made Modi stand inside the witness-box on the basis that China has taken away their lands. After all who is providing them with this false information that Chinese has captured their lands? Does congress people are posted near the border of China or it is their secret “tantra”.? After all, why congress desperately wants to prove that Chinese has intruded in India and the government is hiding the truth inside the cage…!?

The Question is why in Opposition only Congress has trust issues with the Prime minister. We don’t deny from the fact that at Laddakh the Chinese are about to attack but how can it be concluded in a statement that they are intruding inside and we have laid down our arms.? Congress is desperate to prove this only..!!. They have even not considered that this type of hastiness will create an uneasy environment for our soldiers. Did Congress had totally lost it that during this high alert time, they should not do this which will make the country to think that our soldiers are not brave enough to tackle with this and protect us. It’s’ like Congress has not learnt a lesson from its previous mistake that he intentionally did at the time of Surgical strike an Airstrike. Rahul Gandhi is in the same state when he was strongly prevailing the deal of “Rafel”. At that time he concocted the story that in this deal pimp up had been performed so as of now he is concocting the same about the intrusion of China. It is not at all surprising that his amorphous attitude is intolerable by his party members only. This is purely understandable that “Rafel Deal” matter was totally for the elections profit but taking the stand of lie,he gave the proof by playing indecent politics ,but at this time what exactly he wants to achieve?

What he thinks that because of his sarcastic statements, the public will become his disciple or he is in this muggle that in China-Pakistan matter, the public will oblivion forget the suicidal mistakes under the leadership of Congress .Someone please inform him that this is never going to inform.

Phased self-sufficiency from China

The famous article written by the great writer Ganesh Shankar Vidyarthi and journalist Shiromani is “Sattahas”, in this the writer has explained the types of courage and their needs with the help of examples. In this, there is an incident as- Once in Mughal Emperor Akbar’s’ court two Rajputs came asking if they can get some work so Akbar asked them what they can do so they said “Either we say it or do it”, Akbar without thinking for a second made them show it. Both took out their swords from their Mayan and attacked each other and both received the hero’s departure in a packed house court.

The writer has made these types of the incident to stand behind the bars of questions..!! Recently happened attack of “Galwan Valley” in which many of our martyrs sacrificed their lives and betraying of Chinese army on the actual line of the border has turned all eyes to blood-red eyes and made them like ready to answer at any cost. Boycott of Chinese products is at the level of the verge. It’s obvious that being a true citizen of the nation this kind of behaviour is pretty normal. But is it going to be a wise decision by detaching ourselves from every economical, political and cultural relation from China? No, not at all we will surely give an answer but in a phased-out way.

Statistics of today’s scenario.

As a result, we can see that in our every small and large business, china’s contribution is there, on that they are roaring on their existence in our country. So, the conditions like this will result in a total boycott to be one of the destructive step by the country. So, under this strategy, we have to look at how many products we can get self-sufficient. As soon we can make ourselves strong, the rope of help with China will get loosened up. From this, only China’s economic back will get a red hit and will be destroyed.

We never saw but we were always tied up by China for running our economy and industries, this statistics is a result that we have to take a step on an early to avoid any intolerable consequences to the further.

@45 Black round of Democracy

Emergency imposed on the world’s largest democracy from 25 June 1975 to 23 March 1977 during the reign of Prime minister Indira Gandhi was declared as the “Black Time of Democracy”. Under the “Misa Law”, arrests, press censoring, Vasectomy programs like dictatory weapons, the government almost crossed all modesties and kept its dignity almost on stake.(Democracy=”Demo” was bearing and “cracy” took the form of dictatorship).

Why is it called the Black Day? It was the 3rd national emergency which was imposed due to “Internal disturbances”, the first was imposed on 1962 during China war and 2nd one was imposed on 1971 during Pakistan war.

Cost paid by country under this Emergency..!!

Arrests: After imposing of Emergency under “Article 352”, Indira Gandhi get equipped with abnormal powers. Opposition political leaders like Jaiprakash Narayan, Lal Krishna Advani, Chaudhary charan Singh, Morarji Desai, Rajnararyan got arrested under MISA(Maintenace of Internal Security Act). In Tamil Nadu, M.Karunanidhi was terminated from his reign and many more political parties were restricted and also National Volunteer Organizations were made to shut up during this period. Under the MISA there was a disputed law in which the Security Agencies get the indefinite powers, under which people can be arrested for an indefinite time and that too without a warrant. MISA 1971, Indira Gandhi had the 2/3rd majority in Parliament, many laws were amended with some amendments in the Constitution. The 42nd amendment was done during this year only. In all this who was most suffering was Media on which indefinite constraints were applied, censorship was imposed and also Indira Gandhi suspended Kumar Gujral and made Vidyacharan Shukla, the news broadcasting manager. To put a stop bars on the increasing population, family planning programs were conducted. Although this is the standard solution, this was forcibly imposed on all even on unmarried ones. In this rule the main role played was by the Sanjay Gandhi.

18th January 1977, Indira Gandhi announced new elections with the release of all the political prisoners. Result of all this was, Lok Sabha elections which were held in March after the dismissal of emergency, Congress saw the face of defeat.

India saw the new sunrise after march,1977 and till now we are enjoying the democratic rights of the country.

Injured Nations’ Unity

During this high time epidemic like Corona and face-off between India and China’s -“Laddakh-Galwan Valley “attack has been an eye-catching for all. Country’s every citizen and life of every soldiers’ posted at the border, is valuable to us. Prime minister has already stated and cleared that their sacrifice will go in vain, we will answer it shortly.

After a few hours of the clash on 15th June our soldiers left no stone unturned in building the bridge on Galwan valley, this shows that for the sake of nation they are ready to devote everything. almost every politician condemns repeated attack of China at Galwan Valley but country’s oldest political part “Congress” was as always busy in promoting themselves and demoting Modi. Recently, Rahul Gandhi’s’ video is viral which is an example of the same, in which he actually called Modi a “coward” , by calling him Sur(render) Modi.

Isn’t this is going to harm the country spirit’s and it’s going to encourage desperate China..? In this challenging time is Rahul Gandhi’s calling PM a coward isn’t an irresponsible and disgusting act..? It’s clearly an act of harming the nation’s unity. A responsible politician should thoroughly go deep dive into the facts and based on them he should put the blame, Rahul Gandhi is far more away from all this. Criticising nation’s democracy is the democratic right of the opposition. We have no objection on your criticism but during this high time serving your Prime Minister with your individual ill-will and blaming him for all the mishappenings, isn’t it is going to hit directly to all the citizens, nation’s unity and soldiers who are sacrificing their lives.

It’s not only painful but a severe fury to all who are facing this high time. literally this is condemnably prevailing….!!!

Control bars on unstoppable China.

Its very difficult to conclude the meaning of the statement of Americas’ President on rising stress between India-China matters that the conditions are worse on both the sides of the border and they are planning to settle the matter. Although like old times they dint talked about finding a midway to the problems ,but concern of theres’ on this serious matter will result what?.

Because Chinese are violent and if America want to show that he withstand India so they must put pressure on spectation of China that they must stop Army hooliganism. As we have seen that the incident of “Laddakh -Galwan Valley” demise got console from every major countries for their sacrifice, but condemnation we were expecting from all for China Is still on the way.India must decide for something on the diplomatic level and also motivate Worlds’ major Nations to unite with the Security Council and stand against the violent China and denounce them.

World community must also severely condemnise China because when Earth is dieing due to COVID-19 whoch got oozed out from their soil, he is not getting relief from this and want to take over Hongkong, annoying Taiwan and trying to threaten India. Also many countries are tantamounting China because he is attacking them who are revealing that they will deep dive to the birth of CORONA virus. China thinks of himself the superpower and to prove this his activities are resembling the same figure of the times when Hitler used to rule in Germany.All must focus that not only uncontrollable china is danger to Asia but also to the worlds’ peace.they should be in their limits that’s why pressure from everywhere is around them,India should also be included in this.the activeness of all nations should be like that it can give world a face that they are ready to confront china but his Bossing around will nowise be tolerable.
